Broccoli Cheese Bites


When I was visiting my grandma a while back, I did some cooking for her and her kitchen is quite little so I had to adjust to my surroundings. This recipe was super simple and quick to make. I could see this being a great recipe for kids to even help with. You can use whatever type of cheese in this recipe. I used mild cheddar but I bet pepper jack would be really good if you like a bit of spicy.

Dijon Dill Potato Salad


When someone says potato salad I automatically think of mayonnaise. I am not a big fan of mayonnaise. I normally try to exclude it from any of my recipes. Everyone at my work thinks it is crazy how good my Chicken Salad is and I have never even tried it. I used my dad as a taste tester. It had mayonnaise!! So of course I decided to make my own Potato Salad minus mayonnaise. I am a huge fan of dijon mustard so I used that as my substitute. It came out very delish! Read the rest of this entry
