I was trying to figure out my last variation when I came across some snickers in my cabinet. Honestly I have no clue how they were still there considering snickers are very popular in my house and do not last long. But to my luck, I had some and decided to make a Snickers scone. This is by far my favorite!
Ingredients: (makes 20 scones)
1 batch of Wee Vanilla Scones
1 1/4 Cups Chopped Snickers
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Follow recipe for Wee Vanilla Scones. After dividing dough into 5 balls, in each ball kneaded in 1/4 Cup Snickers.
Flatten into a square with 1/2 inch thickness. Cut into 4 triangles.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until light golden.
Once cooled, drizzle with vanilla glaze ( 3/4 Cup powdered sugar, drop of vanilla, and a splash of milk).
