Wee Peanut Butter Chip Scones

My third variation for my Wee Vanilla Scones was peanut butter chips. I mean who does not like peanut butter?? 🙂

Ingredients: (makes 20 scones)

1 batch of Wee Vanilla Scones

1 1/4 Cups Peanut Butter Chips

 

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Follow recipe for Wee Vanilla Scones. After dividing dough into 5 balls, in each ball kneaded in 1/4 Cup peanut butter chips.

Flatten into a square with 1/2 inch thickness. Cut into 4 triangles.

Bake for 10-12 minutes until light golden.

Once cooled, drizzle with vanilla glaze ( 3/4 Cup powdered sugar, drop of vanilla, and a splash of milk).

I have the passion to bake and love trying new recipes! I work at a school for children with disabilities as a manager of a cafe. This cafe allows the students learn the ability to work with the public and in the near future I am going to be able to bake with the students and let them learn about the love and passion there is to baking. :) I prefer baking over cooking although I do love to cook as well.
