I know this is a super simple recipe but I know there are some people out there that like simple so I decided to add this to my side dishes. I absolutely love green beans! This side dish is very inexpensive, simple, and delicious. What more could you ask for?
1/2 pound of fresh green beans (ends up being about 2 Cups)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 Tablespoon olive oil
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
Clean green beans by plucking the ends. Lay out on baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Toss around to coat.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until green beans are crisp but slightly soft. Toss about halfway through.
